SigmaTel Inc, a leader in mixed-signal multimedia solutions, announces availability of production-ready optimised multimedia players based on the company's STMP3600 system on a chip (SoC). These players provide SigmaTel’s customers cost-effective, superior video capabilities for next generation multimedia players, enabling 30 frames per second QCIF or 24 frames per second QVGA video playback.
